Meaning of Implied
As contrasted with express , e.g., where the intention in regard to an agreement is not manifested by explicit and direct words, but is gathered by implication or necessary deduction from the circumstances, and the general language or conduct of the parties to the agreement. See Goldfein v Continental Ins. Co. of City of New York, 249 N. W. 78, 125 Neb. 112.
