Meaning of Place

A particular point or portion of space, a definite locality or location. A fixed or ascertained spot. However, the word does not invariably signify a specific point. See Gerald v American Cas. Co. of Reading, (D. C. N. C.J 249 F. Supp. 355. A portion of space occupied by a body; a building , part of a building, or other spot, set apart for a special purpose. Smart v state , 190 N.E.2d 650, 244 Ind. 69.
