Meaning of Gaming, Gambling

To play for money or other stake ; a game, the essence of which is that one party is to win and the other to lose upon a future event , the happening of which is uncertain. It is an agreement between two or more persons to risk their money or property in a contest or chance of any kind where one may be gainer and the other loser. It is the risking of any money, credit , deposit or other thing of value for gain contingent in whole or in part on lot, chance or the operation of a Gambling device .
