Meaning of Slander Per Se

Statements which are defamatory on their face without aid of extrinsic evidence . Statements which impute to another a criminal offense , an existing loathsome and communicable disease , conduct , characteristics, or a condition incompatable with the exercise of a lawful business , trade , profession , or office , or in some jurisdictions, impute unchastity to a woman.
