Ct. of Can.), reversed [1997] 3 F.C. 154, (1997) 212 N.R. 256 (Fed. Ct. of App.), reversed (1998) 235 N.R. 201 at pp. 242-245 (Supr. Ct. of Can.), upholding the trial judge’s interpretation of the de minimis principle, but holding the doctrine inapplicable to the facts of the case at bar.
