Meaning of Moral Turpitude

conduct that is contrary to justice, honesty, modesty or good morals. An act of baseness, vileness or depravity in the private and social duty which a man owes to his fellow men or to society in general , contrary to accepted and customary rule of right and duty between man and man. See In re Boyd, 307 P.2d 625, 48 Cai.2d69. Also, state v A tkins, 320 N. E.2d 308, 40 Ohio App.2d473.
