Meaning of Discrimination
A failure to treat all persons equally, generally arising out of a prejudice against a class of persons, race, color, sex. religion , etc. A general failure to treat all persons equally where no reasonable distinction can be found between those favored and those not favored. See Baker v California Land title Co., (D.C.Cal.) 349 F. Supp. 235. Also see Griggs v Duke power Co., 401 U.S. 424.
