Traditional meaning of crimen falsi in English (with some legal use of this latin concept in England and the United States in the XIX Century) [1]: (in Latin) The crime of falsifying. It includes counterfeiting, forgery, perjury, and other cases of fraud. Crimen furti: theft. Crimen incendii: arson; burning. Crimen Iaesae majestatis (the crime of injured majesty): high treason. Crimen raptus: rape. Crimen Roberiae: robbery.
