Concept of “Usucapio”
Traditional meaning of usucapio in English (with some legal use of this latin concept in England and the United States in the XIX Century) [1]: (in Latin) Usucaption; the right of property in a thing or corporeal hereditament acquired by long possession; an acquisitive prescription.
