Meaning of Right Of Privacy

The right is guaranteed by the federal constitution and includes the right to receive information under the free speech guarantee, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure , right against self- incrimination , due process clause and retained rights of the people under the Ninth amendment . See Lehrhaupt v Flynn, 356 A.2d 35, 140 N.J.Super. 250. It is the right to be left alone, to live one’s life in seclusion without being subjected to unwarranted and undesired publicity.
