Minimus
Concept of “Minimus”
Traditional meaning of minimus in English (with some legal use of this latin concept in England and the United States in the XIX Century) [1]: (in Latin) The smallest. Minime: in the least. Minima poena corporalis est major qualibet pecuniaria: the smallest corporal punishment is greater than any pecuniary one. Minime mutanda sunt quae certam habuerunt interpretationem: those things which have [once] had a certain interpretation are not to be altered.
