Concept of “Melius Inquirendum”
Traditional meaning of melius inquirendum in English (with some legal use of this latin concept in England and the United States in the XIX Century) [1]: (in Latin) A writ directing the sheriff to make further inquiry as to the lands, etc.; of a person outlawed or attainted; after office found or a diem clausit extremum.
