A judgment granted upon the confession by a defendant of the cause of action stated by the plaintiff and it imports a waiver of all objections to irregularities of form in stating the cause of action , to service and return of process and incidental facts. See O’Quinn v Tate, (Tex. Ci- v.App.) 187 S. W.2d 241.
