Concept of “Jacere”

Traditional meaning of jacere in English (with some legal use of this latin concept in England and the United States in the XIX Century) [1]: (in Latin) To lie. Jacens: lying; in abeyance; see HAEREDITAS. Jacet in ore: it lies in the mouth.
