The unwarranted appropriation or exploitation of one’s personality, publicizing one’s private affairs with which the public has no legitimate concern; see Lambert v Dow Chemical Co., (La.App.) 215 So.2d 673; or wrongful intrusion into one’s private activities in such a manner as to cause mental suffering, shame or humiliation to a person of ordinary sensibility. See Shorter v retail credit Co., (D. C.S. C.) 251 F. Supp. 329.
