International Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance for the Prevention, Investigation and Repression of Customs Offences in Global Commerce Policy

In this regard, international convention on mutual administrative assistance for the prevention, investigation and repression of customs offences is: adopted in Nairobi on 9 June 1977 under the auspices of the World Customs Organization. Parties to this Convention undertake to give each other assistance aimed at preventing, investigating and repressing customs offences. The entries on trade policy are here. Its provisions do not cover requests for the arrest of persons or the recovery of duties.[1]
