Meaning of Imperfect Title

A title which requires a further exercise of granting power to pass fee ir land, which does not convey full and absolute dominion, not only as against private persons, but as against the government , and which may, consequently, be affirmed or disavowed by political or granting authority . See Lambert v grant , (Tex. Civ.App,)290 S. W. 548.
