Concept of Depleted Uranium

In relation to securing dangerous material (in case of crisis or terrorism) a meaning of depleted uranium may be outlined, in general regarding European law, as follows: Depleted uranium is Uranium containing less of the isotope Uranium 235 than in the natural Uranium (0.72%). Depleted uranium delivers very low radiation doses per unit of mass. It has a high chemical toxicity.
