Adoption Agreement in Connecticut

To complete an adoption (see Family Law in Connecticut) . . . . there must be an agreement to give and receive the child in adoption (see Family Law in Connecticut) . . . . The fundamental basis of the proceeding is the agreement. If the purported agreement is void, there is nothing which the Probate Court can approve. Killen v.
