Meaning of Admissions

Statements, verbal or oral, made by a party or by someone identified with him in Legal Interest , of the existence of a fact relevant to the issue in question . An admission may also be inferred from the conduct of a party. A formal admission may be made in the pleadings; an informal admission may be made before or during the proceedings. An admission against interest is a statement made by one party to an action , which is contrary to his cause , and tends to establish or disprove any material fact in issue.
