Meaning of Annuity Contract

One by which an annuitant protects himself during his life by making the investment which will assure receipt by himself of adequate or desired annual sum during his life, with further assurance that if,he should die prematurely his estate or those whom he desires to receive distribution will not suffer loss of repayment he has not yet received. See Garos v state Tax Commissioner, 109 A.2d844, 90 N.H. 319.
