Adultry in Connecticut

Grounds of Adultry

A decree of dissolution of a marriage (see Marriage and Disolution of Marriage in Connecticut here) or a decree of legal separation shall be granted upon a finding that one of the following causes has occurred (3) adultery. General Statutes of Connecticut (U.S.) § 46b-40(c)(3) (2013).
