WIPO in Global Commerce Policy

In this regard, a definition of this issue is as follows: World Intellectual Property Organization. The main intergovernmental organization responsible for the protection of intellectual property rights and, through it, the encouragement of innovation and economic development. The two most important agreements administered by WIPO are the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
