Vulnerability index in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, vulnerability index is: a concept currently under discussion in United Nations forums to permit a more objective assessment of the needs of least developed countries and their eligibility for treatment as a least- developed country. Various proposals have been put forward for the construction of a vulnerability index, but none enjoy widespread support.[1]
