Uniform tariff in Global Commerce Policy

In this regard, uniform tariff is: a tariff schedule in which the rates are the same, or nearly the same, for all products. The best-known example of a uniform tariff is that of Chile, which will adopt a rate of 6% for nearly all products in 2003. See also dispersed tariff and flat-tariff structure.[1]
