UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in Global Commerce Policy

In this regard, uncitral arbitration rules is: adopted on 15 December 1976. These rules are aimed at helping to settle disputes arising in the context of international commercial relations. Parties to a contract first have to agree in writing that disputes concerning the contract should be referred to arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Disputes will then be settled in accordance with these rules. The entries on trade policy in the Encyclopedia are here. One or three arbitrators may be appointed depending on the circumstances of the case. This instrument also contains a Model Arbitration Clause.[1]
