Transitional measures in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, transitional measures is: measures usually associated with the implementation of a new trade agreement when the old and new systems often exist side by side. Such measures are time-bound. Sometimes transitional measures have the purpose of giving developing countries more time to adjust to the new regime.[1]
