Transitional Dumping
Transitional dumping in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, transitional dumping is: defined by some as the pricing of products below marginal cost in order to maximize sales and expand market share. There is room for argument that such a practice would be a form of predatory pricing, especially if it were to continue for an extended period. See also dumping and anti-dumping measures.[1]
