Trademark Law Treaty in Global Commerce Policy

In this regard, trademark law treaty is: a treaty negotiated in 1994 under WIPO auspices aimed at making national and regional trademarks systems easier to use. The entries on trade policy are here. It seeks to do this through the simplification and harmonization of procedures. The Treaty is not yet in force.
