Concept of Toxic Chemical (CBRN)

In relation to securing dangerous material (in case of crisis or terrorism) a meaning of toxic chemical (cbrn) may be outlined, in general regarding European law, as follows: The Chemicals Weapon Convention defines a toxic chemical as any chemical which through its chemical action on life processes can cause temporary incapacitation, permanent harm or death to humans or animals. It does not matter, whether the toxic chemical is produced in facilities, in munitions or elsewhere. All toxic chemicals are included, regardless of their origin or of their method of production.[1]
