TIC
Concept of TIC
In relation to securing dangerous material (in case of crisis or terrorism) a meaning of tic may be outlined, in general regarding European law, as follows: Toxic Industrial Chemicals, Chemicals used in industrial operations or research which have adverse effects on human health or on the environment if released. Some TICs can be used as CWA, e.g. chlorine or phosgene.[1]
