In this regard, a definition of this issue is as follows: this refers to agreement in June 2001 between Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, and Serbia and Montenegro (Yugoslavia) for the early conclusion of a free-trade agreement. Negotiations have begun.[1]
