Section 337
Section 337 in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, section 337 is: a provision of the 1930 United States Tariff Act which allows the granting of fast-track relief from present or potential injury caused by unfair imports. Section 337 is quite broad in its application, but it has been used particularly for cases involving infringements of intellectual property rights. See also Smoot-Hawley Act.[1]
