Meaning of Right-of-way

A right to pass from one point to another across another person ‘s land in a course defined either expressly in the grant or by implication , according to the use to which it is to be put. It is an incorporeal right and an easement on lands of others. See Nicholls v Healy, 174 N. W.2d 43, 20 Mich.App. 393.
