In relation to securing dangerous material (in case of crisis or terrorism) a meaning of ras-bichat may be outlined, in general regarding European law, as follows: The Rapid Alert System-Task Force on Biological and Chemical Agent Attack (RAS-Bichat) EU programme for cooperation on preparedness and response.
Mechanism for information exchange, consultation and coordination in health-related issues for attacks with biological and chemical agents.[1]
