Price dumping in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, price dumping is: a category of dumping identified at the time of the Havana Charter negotiations which is now subject to Article VI of the GATT. The entries on trade policy are here. It is based on the concept that the exporter sells goods abroad at a lower price than in the domestic market, and that this may have an injurious effect on industry in the importing country producing similar goods.
