Partners for Progress in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, partners for progress is: an APEC mechanism based on mutual assistance and voluntarism to promote economic and technical cooperation more efficiently within APEC. The entries on trade policy are here. It was established by the November 1995 APEC Ministerial Meeting. The mechanism is aimed at activities that support directly the liberalization and facilitation of trade and investment. See also Bogor Declaration and Osaka Action Agenda.[1]
