Meaning of Obsolescence, Obsolete

obsolescence is the condition or process by which anything gradually ceases to be useful or profitable on account of changed conditions. May also arise extraneously as a result of laws regulating or forbidding particular use of property . See Brunet v Niagara Falls Brewing Co., 282 U.S. 648, 51 S.Ct. 262, 75 L.Ed. 594. A thing is Obsolete when it is no longer used or usable. See real estate -Land title and trust Co. v U.S., 309 U.S. 13, 60 S. Ct. 371, 84 L.Ed. 542.
