In this regard, a definition of this issue is as follows: this group of countries comprises Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldava, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan which were part of the USSR. See also Commonwealth of Independent States which in addition includes Russia.[1]
