Concept of “Memoria, memorie “
Traditional meaning of mémorie in the French law history (with some legal use in England and the United States in the XIX Century) [1]: (in French) Memory; mind; understanding. Time of memory, memory of man (see LEGAL): extends back to the reign of Richard I.
