Definition of Lifestyle/exposure Theory

The Canada social science dictionary [1] provides the following meaning of Lifestyle/exposure Theory: A theory of victimization that acknowledges that not everyone has the same lifestyle and that some lifestyles expose people to more risks than do other lifestyles. If you go to bed early you are less at risk than if you like to visit the bars many nights a week.
