In medical jurisprudence , means originating spontaneously, self originated, neither sympathetic nor traumatic; pertaining to conditions without clear pathogenesis, or disease without recognizable cause , as of spontaneous origin. See Stulp v Foot- craft Inc., 184 A.2d673, 76 N.J. Super384.
