High-income economies in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, high-income economies is: a group of 52 economies so classified by the IBRD and listed in the World Development Report. The entries on trade policy are here. In 2000 they had a per-capita GNI (gross national income) of more than $9,266. 23 of them are OECD member countries. The average income among these countries varies considerably, and not all of them would consider themselves developed or industrialized countries.
