English Legal System: Group Action
In the context of the English law, A Dictionary of Law provides the following legal concept of Group Action : A procedure in which a large number of claims arising out of the same event, or against the same defendant, are dealt with together (e.g. proceedings by the victims of a plane crash for damages for personal injury).
