Green box in Global Commerce Policy
In this regard, green box is: domestic support policies for agricultural products exempt from the Uruguay Round reduction commitments and permitted without limits. Green box policies include genuine relief to farmers through a wide range of assistance measures which have a minimal impact on trade, such as disaster relief, research, disease control, infrastructure, environmental protection and food security.
