Global Trade Point Network in Global Commerce Policy

In this regard, global trade point network is: established by UNCTAD to enhance the participation of developing countries and economies in transition in international trade, to reduce transaction costs and to allow them better access to trade-related information and global networks. Some 100 national Trade Points now exist. They are connected electronically. They act as trade facilitation centres where all necessary formalities can be transacted under one roof, and they provide information to traders on export opportunities.
