GATT review session in Global Commerce Policy

In this regard, a definition of this issue is as follows: the ninth session of the contracting parties (members) of the GATT, held from October 1954 to March 1955. The entries on trade policy are here. It reviewed all aspects of the operations of the GATT. Several articles were amended as a consequence, most notably Article XVIII dealing with economic development issues and the rights and obligations of developing countries. Most other changes were minor. This was also the session at which at which the United States obtained its waiver on agriculture.
