G-15 in Global Commerce Policy

In this regard, g-15 is: a group originally of fifteen developing countries acting as the main political organ for the Non-Aligned Movement. The entries on trade policy are here. Its members now are: Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Jamaica, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Venezuela and Zimbabwe. The entries on trade policy are here. It gives primary attention to issues of investment, trade and technology. The G-15 ™s main objectives are to harness the potential for greater cooperation among developing countries, to review the impact of the world economic situation and the state of international relations on developing countries, to serve as forum for consultations among developing countries with a view to coordinating policies and actions, to identify and implement new schemes for South- South cooperation and to pursue a more productive North-South dialogue.[1]
