In the context of the English law, A Dictionary of Law provides the following legal concept of Future Goods : Goods to be manufactured or acquired by a seller after a contract of sale has been made. Future goods must be distinguished as the subject of a contract of sale from existing goods, which are owned or possessed by a seller.
