Forecast Definition (in the Accounting Vocabulary)

The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants offers the following definition of Forecast in a way that is easy for anybody to understand: Prospective FINANCIAL STATEMENTS that are an entity’s expected financial position, results of operations, and cash flows.
